Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that the item was received in. 

Please provide return shipping details, so proof of delivery is provided.

If the return is for change of size, colour etc then you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is returned to us it will be inspected, and if all ok then the refund will be issued and you will be notified of refund.
Refunded payments can take 3-5 days to land back in the account.

Personalised Items

Any items that are customised with your logo cannot be returned, only stock items available on our store can be returned.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 2 Network House, Danefield Rd, Sale, Manchester M33 7GE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
